2. Using this website
This website presents the restaurant, menu, photographs, booking options and event services. Use accurate information in the forms and submit genuine enquiries only. Do not send unlawful content, malicious code or other people’s data without a valid basis.
3. Menu, prices and allergens
The restaurant menu presents the dishes, quantities and prices in the published document. Prices are in Romanian lei. Please check availability at the restaurant; relevant changes to prices or the offer must be communicated before an order is accepted. Photographs are for presentation purposes.
Please read the information about ingredients, allergens and nutrition and inform our team of allergies before ordering. Ask for clarification before deciding if any dish or information is unclear.
4. Bookings and events
Sending a message or proposal request does not automatically confirm a table or availability on a particular date. A booking is confirmed by our team or by explicit confirmation from the booking platform used. Contact the restaurant promptly for changes or cancellations.
For events, the offer, menu, guest numbers, services, any deposit and change or cancellation conditions are agreed separately and communicated before acceptance. The website form does not collect payments or create a payment obligation by itself.
5. Delivery and third-party services
Links to Wolt, Glovo, Bolt Food, ialoc and other services open their respective platforms. Orders, payments and cancellations made there are governed by the terms communicated by the chosen platform. Delivery platform prices and offers may differ from those at the restaurant.
6. Personal data and cookies
Our data processing practices are explained in the Privacy policy. Choices concerning storage technologies are described in the Cookie policy. Browsing alone does not constitute consent to optional cookies or marketing.
7. Content and website operation
The logo, texts, photographs and other materials are protected by the rights of their owners. Their use must comply with the law. We endeavour to keep information accurate and the website functional; please report errors to our contact address. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, email office@dumanorientalcuisine.ro or call 0738 170 063, explaining your request and providing relevant details.
You can contact ANPC information on alternative dispute resolution (SAL), la ANPC and the competent courts, as provided by law. The European ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025; current European consumer information is available on the official Consumer Redress portal.
9. Updates
Romanian law and relevant European rules apply without restricting mandatory consumer rights. Updates to these terms are published on this page and do not retrospectively change the terms of an agreement already concluded.
